Amazon Advertising Specialist Wanted

Advertising Specialist, Amazon Responsibilities

  • Own the full Amazon PPC strategy across 4+ SKUs and multiple EU marketplaces.
  • Build full-funnel, cross-market ad plans that align with product goals and brand vision.
  • ​Set goals, align campaigns with brand priorities, and adapt as we scale from 6 to 8 figures.
  • ​​Choose a quarterly Goal to own and report against it like clockwork.
  • ​​Set up and scale campaigns in Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium & Netherlands.
  • ​​Align creatives, listings, and budgets across regions with precision.
  • ​​Work closely with the Brand Management team to prep and launch new products in multiple markets.
  • ​​Create dashboards that tell the story, not just the numbers.
  • ​​Deliver weekly/monthly reports with clear insights, trends, and action steps.
  • ​​Don’t just optimize reactively—work the plan, and make the plan better every cycle.
  • ​​Work with design, product, and content teams to make sure ads convert—not just attract clicks.
  • ​​Join leadership syncs to bring PPC insights into the bigger picture.
  • ​​Help us build a culture of clarity, excellence, and 1% growth every day.

Advertising Specialist, Amazon Requirements

  • ​3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns with a proven track record in scaling performance across multiple product types and markets.(not just general marketing)
  • Deep expertise in building and executing full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies—from launch to scale, across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and bonus DSP.
  • Experience managing Pan-EU campaigns, with strong awareness of market-by-market performance nuances and platform behavior
  • Comfort working inside data: you’re fluent in TACoS, ACoS, CVR, and can spot performance patterns before others even ask
  • Proficiency in Helium 10, DataDive, SellerBoard, with the ability to turn insights into action
  • ​A proactive mindset—you bring ideas, not just reports
  • ​​Proficiency with GWorkspace & ClickUp
  • Clear communicator who thrives in async teams, but can align fast during cross-functional collaboration
  • ​​Knowledge of current trends in the Amazon advertising landscape
  • ​Bonus: experience integrating PPC strategy with creative testing, listing optimization, and broader brand positioning

Advertising Specialist, Amazon Communication Expectation

  • We work remotely and communicate primarily through Slack and ClickUp.
  • ​​Clarity and transparency are critical: frequent, detailed communication is expected.
  • ​​High responsiveness is valued within agreed working hours (4–6 hours EU overlap).
  • ​​Weekly leadership syncs to align PPC strategy with brand goals.
  • ​​Proactive communication when challenges, blockers, or new opportunities are identified.

Salary & Benefits

  • Above-market pay for top performers, tailored to your experience and contribution.
  • ​Start: 1-month trial contract, then transition to full time in house, 40 hours per week (​This role offers a clear path to leadership within the Brand Management team as we scale.
  • ​​Remote-first, async-friendly, and timezone-flexible (with 2–4 hours overlap preferred)
  • ​​Availability: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 7 PM
